Delivery & Returns

Following acceptance of your on-line order we will always send you an email to advise when your order has been despatched.  In the event of an item being out of stock then we will email you to advise of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Charges

All parcels will be despatched by Royal Mail and may take up to 7-10 days to arrive.

To make things simple we have a fixed set of UK and EEC delivery charges for postage, packing and insurance:

Order value up to £50          £4

Order value up to £100        £6

Order value up to £200        £10

Order values over £200       £12

Please note that customers outside the EU should telephone or email to discuss and agree the delivery method and cost.  Please also select the non-EU option for payment at the checkout.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock may be despatched on the same day they are ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, the customer may return unwanted items at their own expense and the cost of the goods will be refunded.

The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order is placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered tobe made specifically for an individual customer, the right to cancel will be limited and will be at the discretion of the company.

Returns

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.

Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the goods are unopened, and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered to be made specifically for an individual customer, the right to a refund on unwanted (but not faulty) goods will be at the discretion of the company. The right to a refund on faulty goods is not affected.
