The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made through this website’s online shop. By placing/completing an order you will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
General Information
All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw products at any time. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time, but the price quoted when you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Please note that no amendments can be made either to the goods ordered or customer details once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to cancel orders.
Stock availability will be checked once we receive your order; if for any reason an item is not in stock when your order is placed, we will inform you prior to processing your order, or refund your purchase for those items which are not in stock. All sizes and measurements are approximate. UK VAT is quoted in the price of the product.
Shetland Designer is not VAT registered so there is no VAT on any products.
Postage and Packaging
Subject to stock availability we aim to deliver to most UK addresses within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.
Delivery to addresses outside the UK will be dispatched by air on a special delivery service; this includes insurance up to the value of £250. A signature will be required on receipt of delivery.

Shetland Designer will not be responsible for any local duty and or taxes on goods delivered to addresses outside the UK, and you should pay these directly where applicable.
Returns
If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please Contact Us.
Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the goods are unopened, and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered to be made specifically for an individual customer, the right to a refund on unwanted (but not faulty) goods will be at the discretion of the company. The right to a refund on faulty goods is not affected.

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock may be despatched on the same day they are ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, the customer may return unwanted items at their own expense and the cost of the goods will be refunded.
The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order is placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered to be made specifically for an individual customer, the right to cancel will be limited and will be at the discretion of the company.
